2, Set up your web site with any web hosting company.

3, Activate your Google Apps service with Google.

4, Ask your web hosting company to change MX records, pointing to Google, e.g.,

MX 2 / Prio alt1.aspmx.l.google.com 5
MX 3 / Prio alt2.aspmx.l.google.com 5
MX 4 / Prio aspmx2.googlemail.com 10

5, Get your company’s email using Gmail or Microsoft Live Mail.

Email client: You can use either POP or IMAP. POP is faster but IMAP is good for multiple clients (iPhone, Blackberry, Outlook, Live Mail).
