Buffer Compositions for Qiagen MiniPrep, Gel Purification and PCR Purification Kits
QG & PA buffer: 5.5 M guanidine thiocyanate (GuSCN), 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.6 (25 oC).
PE Buffer: 20 mM NaCl, 2 mM Tris-HCl, pH7.5 (25 oC), add ethanol to 70%.
EB Buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5 (25 oC).
Qiagen MiniPrep Kit:
P1: 50 mM Tris-HCl, 10 mM EDTA, pH 8.0 (25 oC), 50 ug/ml RNase A
P2: 0.2 M NaOH, 1% SDS
N3: 4 M guanidine hydrochloride, 0.5M Potassium acetate, pH 4.2.
PB: 5 M guanidine hydrochloride, 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.6, (25 oC), add isopropanol to 38%.
